人到中年后总是坐着打瞌睡，躺着睡不着。想记的记不起，想忘的忘不掉。哭的时候没眼泪，笑的时候一直擦泪。头上是”白发拔不尽，春风吹又生！ ”进入了知识退化，器官老化，思想僵化，等待火化。Charlie is released from prison and immediately swindled by a fake parson. A fellow ex-convict convinces Charlie to help burglarize a house, but Edna, the house's owner, catches them and calls the police.
